Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Concrete Replaced in Hutchinson, MN

Randall V. of Hutchinson, MN had broken out concrete in his basement and water leaking from his basement walls, causing him to worry about water moisture and flooding problems. He called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns. Jared went to his home, inspected the problems and the concrete, and came up with a solution that fit his needs and budget. Randall was confident in Jared's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by taking out the broken-out concrete and jackhammering a trench around the concrete floor perimeter. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity, and covers any divots or holes in the walls. Lastly, Kiko and his team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the project, our team covered the entire space with river rock, including the open gaps in the trench, and carefully applied new concrete over it, making the basement look much neater, cleaner, and safer than where it started.
