Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Goodridge, MN

A female homeowner in Goodridge, MN had water leaking into her basement, and she wanted to get it repaired and fixed up right away. She called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to her home, inspected her water problems, and designed a detailed solution that would solve her problems and restore her peace of mind. She felt very comfortable with the proposal and presentation, so she went ahead with the installation.  Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard System is the most effective interior drainage system that we provide for homeowners because it collects water seepage from basement walls, it prevents water clogs, and it serves as an underground drain. Next, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump in the corner of the basement. Our sump pumps are made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time, while effectively pumping water out of the basement, especially during harsh weather conditions. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, provide a clean and neat appearance for the basement, and it covers any unnecessary holes or divots. To complete the project, our team covered the gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. The homeowner was very happy with the final product and had a great experience from start to finish!
