Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Roseau, MN

Marty V. of Roseau, MN had water leaking into his basement, causing him to worry about the health and safety of his home. He called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to his home, inspected his problems, and came up with a solution that fit his needs. Marty was confident in Richie's proposal and got all of his questions answered, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date.  Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team started the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is the best sump pump we provide for homeowners. Our TripleSafe solves all three water problems in one system and has three levels of water protection. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it. Marty was happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
