Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Worthington, MN

Gary and Cindy L. of Worthington, MN had water leaking into their basement, making them worry about the safety and value of their home. They went to their local home show and saw our booth. They saw that we provided work in basement waterproofing, so they talked to our Design Specialist, Ryan, about their basement problems. Ryan proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, and our SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. Gary and Cindy were confident in our presentation and proposal, so they went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation.  Our Foreman, Dylon, and his production team started the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain which prevents water clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and has easily accessible service ports for annual maintenances. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace prevents mold and humidity, guides leaking water into the WaterGuard, and gives the basement a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our SaniDry XP Dehumidifier which collects up to 109 liters of water per day. To finish the project, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it.
