Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Egress Window Installed in Rochester, MN

Aaron and Elizabeth L. of Rochester, MN wanted to get an Egress Window installed in place of their small window. They had previous work done by our company so they called our office and set up a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Rick. Rick went to their home, performed some measurements, and drew out a proposal. Both of them were confident with the price and presentation, so they signed Rick's contract and moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Arturo, and his production team began the project by digging the soil around the foundation, forming a large hole. From the interior foundation, our team measured and cut out the wall to form the shape and measurement of our Egress Window. Our team installed the Egress Window, and sealed it with a special sealant to ensure all the air gaps were covered and the window was secure. Next, our production crew installed our RockWell Window Well to fit the hole. Our RockWell Window Well is made to give homeowners an exit in case of an emergency, and it allows natural sunlight into the home, while also giving it a neat and welcoming appearance. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil around the window well, ensuring it was secured and fit into place.
