A homeowner in Lancaster, MN had water leaking into their basement, and they wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. He was referred to work with our team, so he contacted our office and got a FREE estimate scheduled with our Design Specialist team. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's house, examined and diagnosed the issues, and drew up a well-designed solution that could benefit their wants, needs, and budget. The homeowner got all of their questions answered and felt comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman and his production team began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our team got to work and started breaking out the concrete floor perimeter by forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire wall perimeter. Our Foamax is designed to make the basement warmer, brighter, and it reduces condensation for moisture protection.
