Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Basement Fixed in Montevideo, MN

Dexter and Andrea of Montevideo, MN had water seeping through their basement walls near the floor. They were worried about the value of their home, so they scheduled a FREE estimate with our team at American Waterworks. Our Design Specialist, Dylan, inspected their issue on-site, determined a solution, and drew out a detailed plan. Dexter and Andrea were confident in Dylan's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Matt, and his production crew started the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is designed to prevent water clogs and serve as an underground drain. Next, our crew broke out the feed line, from one side of the WaterGuard to the sump pump. This allows water to flow more efficiently to the sump pump. To finish the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete over them.
