I was freaking out when our basement started leaking water. I called a couple of different places and American Waterworks were able to get me an appointment before the others. The rep that came out for the quote was super informative and lead me through all my options with ease. There was no pressure to chose the most expensive options which was not what I expected. Another plus was that they pair with a company that offered financing. I set up my appointment for the work to be done and, when the day came, they showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. They were also very careful and respectful of our home and cleaned up their mess when they were done.
