He was very knowledgeable and competent. He was very kind and patient and fully answered all of my numerous questions! The installation crew was Jose, Luis, and their helper. They did an EXCELLENT job! They are, by far, the hardest working men (who are fully dedicated to excellence) that I have ever met!
