A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their walkway was beginning to chip. Since it was summertime, the homeowner knew it was the perfect time to have the walkway and driveway repaired. Knowing their neighbor had similar work done, the homeowner decided to ask for their advice. The homeowner suggested working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner went to our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Kole, one of our Design Specialists. After Kole arrived at the home, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began his thorough inspection of the concrete around the home. Kole determined that the driveway had a void underneath the concrete and the sidewalk was sinking into the ground. To solve this issue, Kole recommended using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution, to fill the void and fix the sinkage. The homeowner agreed with Kole's suggestions and the plans were sent back to the office for approval. Once approved, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew made their way to the home to begin the project. First, Charlie and his crew lifted the sunken walkway and filled the driveway void. Once they were done with the PolyLevel, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the voids around the driveway. To fill these voids, the crew utilized NexusPro, a silicone-based joint sealant. Once the NexusPro was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist our customers in accomplishing their concrete repairs.
