Sunken Driveway Lifted in Bismarck, ND

A homeowner in Bismarck ND, noticed their driveway was beginning to lower. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner wanted to find professional answers. After James arrived at the home, he began a thorough walkthrough of the home and surrounding concrete. Once he completed his walk-through, James determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the sinking from continuing, James recommended lifting the entire driveway. The homeowner agreed with James' recommendations and the plans were sent to the office for approval. After they were approved, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. Charlie and his crew made their way to the property and began the lift. To lift the driveway, the crew utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the crew successfully lifted the driveway, they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the process and impressed by the crew.
