Separating Walkway Gets Fixed in Rochester, MN

A homeowner from Rochester, MN, had taken one too many tumbles over a sunken stoop and decided to take matters into her own hands. She did some research and spoke to friends, all of whom referred her to American Waterworks. She decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates offer and scheduled a time for us to visit the property. A few weeks later our Sales Manager, Jesse H, made a stop at the home to see what could be done. After his inspection was complete, he informed the homeowner that we could fix the problem slab. He went on to say that we would use our PolyLevel solution to restore the concrete. He explained that our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below problem slabs, carefully lifting it back into place. Jesse finished by saying that our concrete lifting and leveling solution is cheaper, less invasive, and has a quicker curing time in comparison to other methods as mudjacking or full replacement. The homeowner agreed with Jesse's proposal and scheduled the work to be completed. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the project. Once the job was complete the homeowner was thrilled to know her tripping worries were in the past!
