Curb Appeal Restored in Hudson, WI

A homeowner from Hudson, WI, was growing more frustrated with sinking concrete slabs in front of his home. More than being a nasty trip hazard, the sinking concrete was impacting his curb appeal. Wanting to fix the issue, he began the search for a company that could help him fix the issue. After seeing one of our print ads in a local newspaper, he decided to give us a call to set up his FREE estimate appointment. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Gary S, headed out to the property. 

Once Gary finished his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that concrete sinking is fairly normal and can occur for various reasons. He went on to say that American Waterworks could address the sinking by using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Once the concrete has been lifted, our team will go in with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Domanik, and his team were able to complete the lift on time, successfully eliminating the trip hazards and restoring our customer's curb appeal!
