Sinking Patio Gets a Lift in Rochester, MN

A homeowner from Rochester, MN, got in touch when she noticed that her concrete patio was sinking. Not wanting anyone to get hurt on the trip hazard, she decided to call American Waterworks and set up her FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan H, headed out to the home to assess the concrete. 

Once Aidan finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Aidan explained that we could address the sinking by using our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, slowly filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its original position. Aidan went on to say that we finish our lifting project with the installation of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro is applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any debris or unwanted moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the plan and decided to schedule his project. 

About a month later, our Foreman, Sam K, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal to the customer's satisfaction. Now, our customer can enjoy her outdoor space without worries of trip hazards!
