Sinking Concrete Walkway Transformed in Mahtomedi, MN

A homeowner from Mahtomedi, MN, noticed that his concrete walkway was showing signs of sinking. His front walkway had almost completely separated from the foundation of his home and had created a trip hazard. Not wanting to compromise safety any longer, he decided to take action. After receiving one of our printed ads in the mail, he decided to set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Gary S, headed out to the home. 

Once Gary finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slabs back into place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all the cracks and joints in the sinking concrete and works to prevent water or debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's solution and decided to schedule his installation for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, and his team completed the lift and seal with no complications. Now our customer can enjoy his tree-free concrete!
