Sinking Concrete Walkway Gets Lifted in Saint Paul, MN

A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was dealing with deteriorating curb appeal in the front of her home. Her concrete walkway had been sinking away from the front concrete stairs for years and had created an eyesore and a nasty trip hazard. The homeowner didn't want the deteriorating concrete to impact any future resale of the home, so she began her search for a MN concrete repair company and eventually found our website. She signed up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home. 

Once Kyle completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to inform her that we could fix the issue using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift sinking concrete back into place. Kyle finished by saying that when our team completed the lift, we would finish the project by installing our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for several weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift and level with no complications. Now our customer can enjoy her upgraded curb appeal without worries of trip hazards!
