Sunken Concrete Walkway Gets Lifted in Sparta, WI

A Sparta, WI, homeowner got in touch with us when she decided to address the sinking concrete walkway in front of her house. She had been aware of the concrete slowly sinking over time but had only recently learned that sinking or uneven concrete could impact the resale of a home. She decided to begin the search for a MN based concrete repair company and eventually found our website. She signed up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Chuck H, headed out to the home. 

Once Chuck finished his inspection, he met with the homeowners to deliver his recommendations. Chuck was confident we could address the sinking concrete with the use of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete surfaces. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifts sinking concrete back to its desired location. Chuck went on to say that after our team had lifted the concrete, they would install our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the lifted concrete. It works to prevent moisture from getting below the concrete slab to the vulnerable concrete below. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon V, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues, and now, our customer is thrilled with the new look and safety of her restored concrete walkway!
