Uneven Business Entrance Gets Lifted in Rochester, MN

A Rochester, MN, business owner was growing concerned over his front walkway. It had been sinking over the years and was now beginning to form large cracks, resulting in large trip hazards. He didn't want anyone to take a tumble, so he began to look for local concrete repair companies. When he found our website, he signed up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Nate B, headed out to the home.

After Nate concluded his inspection appointment, he met with the business owner to deliver his recommendations. He informed the owner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, slowly lifts the slabs back to their original place. Nate went on to say that he wanted to preserve the newly lifted concrete with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and is specifically designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions, meaning the vulnerable soil underneath the concrete is protected. The business owner agreed with Nate's recommendations and scheduled the project for several weeks later. 

On the day of the project, Sam, our Foreman, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our business owner can feel confident in his front walkway!
