Uneven Concrete Patio Gets Lifted in Austin, MN

An Austin, MN, homeowner was beginning the initial process of getting his home ready to sell. However, he knew he had a few things to fix up before he could get the most value for his home. One major project was the uneven concrete patio that sat just beyond his back door. He knew that the sinking, uneven concrete was an eyesore and the cause of numerous trip hazards. Brad conducted a thorough inspection of the home and sunken area of concrete. When he concluded his estimate, he informed the homeowner we could assist in restoring the concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill the voids left over by soil erosion and, in the process, slowly lifts the sunken concrete back into place. Brad then went on to say that, once the concrete had been lifted, he recommended the use of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the sunken concrete and works to protect the vulnerable soil below, as it was specially designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions.  The homeowner liked the sound of Brad's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
