Sinking Walkway Gets Lifted in Champlin, MN

A Champlin, MN, homeowner was beginning the process of putting his home on the market. Part of that process was getting things fixed up around the home to make sure they had a high resale value. One of the major projects that needed fixing was their front concrete walkway. It had been slowly sinking over the years and was not only creating an eye sore, but a dangerous trip hazard. Once Gary completed his thorough inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Gary informed him that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. Gary explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It fills voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, slowly lifts the slabs back into place. Gary went on to say that once the concrete had been lifted, he was recommending the use of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, this product gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to protect the vulnerable soil below, as it was designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
