PolyLevel Restores Garage Floor in Excelsior, MN

Challenge

Terry K. in Excelsior, MN contacted American Waterworks after doing some research online. He was tired of dealing with his uneven garage floor and the pooling water that resulted after heavy rains and snow melt. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, to meet with Terry, evaluate the situation, and propose a unique solution. After his inspection, Reed was able to recommend our PolyLevel two-part, high-density polyurethane foam. Terry was glad to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is a durable, faster, and more affordable option than traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the project.

Solution

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, drilled pencil-size holes into the concrete where he needed to inject the foam. He then injected the foam until the concrete was raised and leveled back to its original position. Lastly, he filled the holes with concrete. Terry was impressed with the installation, and thrilled that they process avoided the unnecessary action of replacing the concrete. The entire project took about two hours, and now Terry can enjoy a level garage floor for years to come!
