Concrete Patio Repaired in Garrison, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Morrison, MN had uneven concrete on their patio, and they wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. They found out that American Waterworks professionalizes in concrete repair so they called our office phone and scheduled a FREE Estimate with one of our Design Specialists. Our Design Specialist went to their home to take a look at the concrete and come up with a solution. The homeowner got all of their questions answered and appreciated the warranty side of things, so they went ahead with the project.

Solution

Our concrete Forman and his crew member started the project by drilling holes in the concrete and injecting our PolyLevel in the holes. Our PolyLevel is a unique foam that gets injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps that are caused by soil erosion and it raises and evens out the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro between the bottom of the home and the concrete. NexusPro is made to prevent moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete and it seals the control joints that were cut between the slabs when the concrete was first poured. The homeowner was happy with the work, and loved the view of their new and improved patio!
