Concrete Repaired in Winsted, MN

Challenge

The causes of concrete settlement and sinking are the same whether it is a driveway, walkway, patio, garage floor, or pool deck. As soil underneath a concrete slab shrinks, settles, or washes away, it leaves empty space beneath the slab. With the soil no longer able to support the slab, the will sinks, creating an uneven surface.

A homeowner in Winsted, MN had uneven concrete near their step, and they wanted it repaired rather than replaced. Our office staff got in contact with them and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to their home, inspected their problem, and came up with a solution. The homeowner was confident with the design, so they went ahead with the project.

Solution

Our Foreman and his crew member started the installation by drilling small 5/8" holes in the slab and installing the injection ports. Next, our team injected our PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids and raise the slab. To complete the project, our crew sealed the holes and control joints.
