Concrete Lifting in Atwater, MN
Challenge
The causes of sloped concrete are the same for driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and pool decks. The reason for this is because of the soil beneath the concrete. As the soil beneath the concrete settles or washes away, empty voids appear which makes the concrete sink or crack.
A resident in Atwater, MN was experiencing this same issue; their concrete was sinking and they wanted to get it fixed before it would cause tripping hazards. They saw American Waterworks at their local home show, so they met with our Design Specialist at the show, discussed a few things, and signed up for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist went to their home, examined their concrete, and drew up a well-designed solution to repair their concrete needs. They were confident in our proposal of our PolyLevel and the price, so they scheduled a day for our Foreman to come out and install it.
Solution
Our Foreman and his crew member began the process by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a comfortable introduction, our team got to work and injected our PolyLevel by drilling 5/8" holes throughout the homeowner's driveway and injecting our PolyLevel in each hole. Our PolyLevel is a high-density foam that fills voids and lifts the sunken concrete slab. With a cure time of 15 minutes, the homeowners were able to use their driveway the same day that the project was completed. The homeowner had a wonderful experience and could not believe the transformation!
