Concrete Repair Services in Frost, MN
Challenge
When concrete sinks, it can cause problems such as uneven surfaces, tripping hazards, and pooling water. Most problems are caused because of poor soil. Due to a drought or excessive moisture, soil can soften, which creates jagged and raised edges. At the end of the day, it affects the overall value of the home.
Homeowners in Frost, MN had uneven concrete, causing them to worry about the value of their home. They found American Waterworks online and were impressed with our website, so they called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist went to their home to examine their concrete and determine a solution. Our Design Specialist proposed our PolyLevel, which is a non-invasive foam solution that fills the voids underneath the concrete and raises the surface. The homeowners got all of their questions answered and felt comfortable with the product, so they signed our proposal and got a date scheduled for the repairs.
Solution
Our Foreman and his crew member began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowners and ensuring their questions were answered. After a clear introduction, our team got to work and drilled small 5/8" holes throughout the slab, and installed injection ports over each hole. Next, our crew injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to fill the voids and raise the slab. Lastly, our crew sealed the holes and control joints. Our PolyLevel is adjustable for loads of all sizes, the concrete can be used within 15 minutes of installation, and it provides an accurate lift with clean results. The project was completed in one day!
