Sinking Driveway Lifted in Buffalo Lake, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Buffalo Lake, MN, returned home and noticed their driveway was not the same level as their garage. In hopes of fixing the issue before the fall, the homeowners searched for a solution. After stumbling across our social media, the homeowners signed up for our FREE estimate. We sent out a Design Specialist, Mike, to evaluate the situation. Following the evaluation, Mike suggested that the driveway be lifted and leveled and the concrete crack be filled. The homeowners agreed and, shortly after, the project began.

Solution

Foreman, Dylon, and his crew started by lifting and leveling the driveway with the PolyLevel. After lifting the driveway, the crew sealed the garage joints at the base of the garage and driveway. Following a successful driveway repair, the crew moved to work on the cracked concrete near the entrance of the home. The crack was filled with the NexusPro. If the crack was left long enough, it would have caused the concrete to crack and sink further. The crew succeeded with all the repairs and the homeowners were pleased with the results.
