Sinking Driveway Concerns Homeowners in Emarado, ND

A homeowner from Emerado, ND was noticing that he had to gun it to get into his garage due to his driveway sinking away from the garage. Uneasy by the realization, the homeowner searched for a professional to solve their issue. After a recommendation, the homeowners decided to sign up for a FREE estimate. Design Specialist, James, traveled to the property to evaluate the situation.

Solution

After his visit, James determined the entire driveway would need to be lifted. With the homeowner's approval, our Foreman, Charlie, and crew traveled to the home and started the project. The crew began by placing the Polylevel underneath the entire driveway. When lifting the driveway, the crew positioned the concrete away from the home to push the water runoff in the opposite direction. After lifting the driveway, the crew used the NexusPro joint between the main joining of the concrete and the home to prevent water from leaking into the home. The crew swiftly completed the job and left the homeowners happy with the results.
