PolyLevel Lift in Saint Anthony, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Saint Anthony, MN, was walking into their home when they discovered an alarming crack between the driveway and the stairs. Not wanting the issue to worsen, the homeowners looked for a company to solve the issue. After comparing many companies, the homeowners decided to sign up for American Waterworks' FREE estimate. We sent out a Design Specialist, Gary, to evaluate the status of the concrete at the home. Following his evaluation, Gary determined that the patio and driveway needed to be lifted and leveled. The homeowners agreed and the crew was assigned to complete the project.

Solution

Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the lifting and leveling process. First, the crew began by using PolyLevel to lift the patio, driveway apron, and slabs below the driveway. After the crew successfully lifted the concrete, they moved to sealing all the joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Joint Sealant to fill the joints in between the slabs, near the garage, and on the patio. Once the repair was complete, the crew cleaned the job site and ensured the homeowners the concrete was repaired.
