Concrete Repair in Carver, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Carver, MN, was worried about the damaged sidewalks near the entry of their home. Nervous about the long-term effects, the homeowner looked for a solution that would last. Knowing they couldn't complete this themselves, the homeowner looked for a professional concrete repair company. While looking at other companies, the homeowners came across our social media. The homeowner was impressed with our past concrete jobs and decided to work with us. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent our Design Specialist, Kyle, to investigate the sidewalk. After taking a look at the sidewalk, Kyle determined that sections of it were sinking. Kyle proposed a solution for the homeowners, to which they agreed. After the plans were approved, a crew was sent to complete the job.

Solution

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home and started the repair process. First, the crew focused on lifting and leaving the sunken concrete slabs. To lift and level them, the crew used the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the concrete was at the correct level, the crew used the NexusPro to fill the cracks throughout the affected concrete. NexusPro is a silicon-based sealant for joins and cracks that is made to stand up to hard weather conditions. Once the NexusPro was properly installed, the crew moved on to installing the SealantPro throughout the entire concrete slab. SealantPro keeps water, oil, and gasoline from penetrating the concrete. After the crew finished the concrete repair, they cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowner was pleased with the great work completed by the crew.
