PolyLevel Saves Garage Floor in Burnsville, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Burnsville, MN, began exploring professional concrete lifting and leveling services to solve their uneven, cracked garage floor. The homeowner began their search on Google and one of the first companies to pop up was American Waterworks. After reviewing our previous concrete work, the homeowner was eager to sign up for their FREE estimate with us. After the appointment details were finalized, Michel, one of our Design Specialists, arrived at the home to begin the estimation. Michel completed the detailed estimation and warned the homeowner that the issue would worsen if they did not solve the issue. Michel proposed a solution to the homeowner and they agreed with his recommendations. The plans were then directed to the crew and production commenced.

Solution

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived to begin the lifting and leveling of the affected concrete. To avoid further damage, the crew utilized the PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. The PolyLevel was inserted underneath the entire garage slab. Once the concrete was properly raised, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks throughout the concrete. To fill the several cracks, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based joint sealant. After all the cracks were properly filled, the garage floor was finally even and smoothed out.
