Driveway Lifted and Leveled in Hastings, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Hastings, MN, sought to have their driveway repaired after seeing several cracks and height differences. Additionally, the homeowners wished to have a professional repair the damaged driveway. After talking to several neighbors, they all recommended reaching out to us, American Waterworks. The homeowner decided to give us a chance and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment details were finalized, one of our Design Specialists, Nathan, traveled to the home to begin the estimate. Following his thorough inspection, Nate notified the homeowner that their driveway concrete was sinking and required fixing. Nate drew up a solution that would solve all of the homeowner's concerns. Knowing we would do the job right, the homeowner agreed with Nate's plans and production commenced.

Solution

Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home to begin lifting and leveling the concrete. For this installation, the crew utilized the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew injected the PolyLevel underneath the entire driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door and garage door. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew could focus on the several cracks and joint replacement throughout the concrete slab. To fill the several cracks, the crew utilized the NexusPro joint sealant and crack repair solution. The NexusPro Solution is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. The crew successfully filled all the cracks and joints throughout the driveway. Once the job was complete, they packed up their stuff and moved on to their next project.
