PolyLevel Lifts Sidewalk in Rosemount, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rosemount, MN, noticed the sidewalk leading to the front door was uneven. Wanting to get this issue solved before winter, the homeowner began searching for a solution. While looking on the internet for a solution, the homeowner came across one of our Facebook advertisements. Once the homeowner saw the excellent work we completed, they decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their FREE estimate. The appointment details were finalized and Mike, one of our Design Specialist, traveled to the home to inspect the sidewalk. Following his in-depth inspection, Mike determined the sidewalk was sinking and was causing all the issues. Mike proposed a solution that would solve all of the homeowner's issues. After hearing Mike's proposal, the homeowners knew that this was their best bet and went with his plan.

Solution

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived at the property to begin the repairs. First, the crew focused on lifting the sinking sidewalk. To lift, the crew utilized the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. The PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, will restore and lift the concrete to eliminate tripping hazards and pooling water issues. After the PolyLevel was successfully installed, the crew turned their attention to filling the cracks and joints on the sidewalk. To fill the several cracks and joints, the crew inserted the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather. To finish up the concrete repair, the crew smoothed out the holes and cleaned up the job site. The homeowners were glad with the job well done.
