PolyLevel Needed in Rogers, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rogers, MN, found their garage and sidewalk were disproportionate and was worried it was going to cause a tripping hazard. Furthermore, the homeowners knew that this would not be an easy fix, so they began searching for an expert concrete repair company. Once the appointment details were approved, we sent Kevin, one of our Design Specialists, to analyze the status of the concrete. After he arrived, Kevin determined that the cause of the uneven sidewalk was sinking. After he alerted the homeowner of the problem, Kevin suggested that we could lift and level the concrete. Solution

After the plans were approved, they were directed to the assigned crew and production began. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the lifting and leveling process. First, the crew focused on inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and garage. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that can lift and restore your concrete to eliminate tripping hazards and pooling water issues. Once the garage and sidewalk were lifted and leveled, the crew moved on to fill all the cracks and joints throughout the concrete. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. After the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were impressed with the excellent work done by the crew.
