Challenge

A homeowner in Wayzata, MN, found that their concrete patio was separating from the front of their home. Wanting to solve this before it gets worse, the homeowner sought expert advice. While comparing the many professionals in their area, the homeowner noticed our five-star ratings and decided to take a closer look at our company. After seeing we do FREE estimates, the homeowner decided to give us a chance. The homeowners prepared for the arrival of the Design Specialist. Once they arrived, the Design Specialist began the inspection. After the inspection, the Design Specialist determined that the sidewalk needed to be lifted and leveled.

Solution

After hearing the Design Specialist's recommendations, the homeowners agreed with the plan of action. Once they received the approval, the assigned crew was sent to complete the project. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the patio. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew moved on to filling the joint in front of the door. To fill the joint, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant specially formulated to provide long-lasting results.
