Challenge

One of our homeowners was due for their annual maintenance check with our Service Technicians. Before they let it slip their mind, the homeowner contacted our Appointment Center and created an appointment for their annual maintenance check. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Service Technicians, Edgar. Once Edgar arrived, he began by surveying the initial products we installed. However, Edgar did notice that the sidewalk leading into the home was sinking and some joints required replacing. Edgar alerted the homeowners of his discoveries and provided a recommended solution that would solve these issues.

Solution

Edgar recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled, and the homeowners agreed. The plans were then sent to the assigned crew and production commenced.
