Foley, MN, Sidewalk Lifted and Leveled

Challenge

A homeowner in Foley, MN, was tripped while walking to their front porch. Not wanting anyone to injure themselves, the homeowner looked for concrete repair options. During their search, the homeowner came across our previous job photos. They were impressed with our craftsmanship, so they decided to take a closer look at our concrete services. After seeing we offer exactly what they want, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate details were finalized, the homeowners waited for the arrival of Kyle, one of our Design Speicalists. Once Kyle arrived, he began the concrete inspection. Following his in-depth inspection, Kyle determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement.

Solution

After determining the cause, Kyle could provide a suggestion solution for the homeowners. Kyle suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled and all the cracks and joints be replaced. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowners agreed and production began. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew were assigned to completed the job, so they traveled to the home. Once they arrived, Charlie and the crew lifted the sidewalk using the PolyLevel, our polyurhane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Once the sinking sidewalk was properly lifted, the crew could move their attention to filling the joints and cracks on their sidewalk. The crwe used the NexusPro Solution to fill these cracks and joints. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
