Challenge
A homeowner in Big Lake, MN, was leaving their home when they noticed the sidewalk was uneven. Knowing this could become a larger issue, the homeowner wanted to have a professional diagnose the problem and a possible solution. The homeowner visited a referral website that showed all the available concrete repair companies near them. Solution
The Design Specialist let the homeowner know about the settlement, however, they also provided them with a solution. To prevent the concrete from sinking further, the homeowner suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled to match the rest of the sidewalk. The homeowner knew they could not solve this on their own, so they decided to follow the Design Specialist's plans. The plans were sent to the assigned crew and production commenced. The crew traveled to the home and began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sidewalk. The PolyLevel restores the appearance and safety of concrete without the mess or cost of replacement. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew shifted their focus to removing joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. To finish the project, the crew applied the SealantPro, a highly durable, stain-resistant sealant. Finally, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home.
