Lifting Sidewalk in Kandiyohi, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Kandiyohi, MN, was walking into their home when they noticed their sidewalk was uneven. Instead of letting the issue worsen, the homeowner wanted to find a solution. Although the homeowner was unsure of what type of work they wanted to be done, they knew they wanted to avoid replacing the entire slab. The homeowner came across our business and noticed that we offered concrete lifting and leveling services, so they signed up for their FREE estimate on our website. Soon after the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Lance, one of our Design Specialists. After Lance arrived, he began his inspection of the sidewalk and driveway. Lance determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement.

Solution

Once he found the cause of the issue, Lance could provide a solution for the homeowner. Lance suggested that the PolyLevel be inserted underneath the sinking concrete. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew could lift the two slabs in front of the garage. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home.
