Concrete Rescue in Scandia, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Scandia, MN, was power washing their driveway when they noticed many of their slabs were uneven. Knowing they could not solve this issue themselves, the homeowner decided to reach out for professional assistance. During their search, the homeowner came across one of our concrete demonstrations. Impressed by our work, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists. The Design Specialist arrived and began the analysis of the concrete. After the estimate was complete, the Design Specialist could determine that the cause of the sinking was settlement.

Solution

The Design Specialist suggested that the section sinking of concrete be lifted using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. By using the PolyLevel, the concrete can be restored and lifted without the mess or cost of concrete. The homeowner agreed with the Design Specialist's suggestions and production began. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. Once they arrived at the home, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the concrete apron in front of the garage. Since this was the only section that required lifting, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave. The homeowners were thankful their concrete was lifted and no longer sinking.
