Patio, Driveway, and Sidewalk Lifted in Cresco, IA

A homeowner in Cresco, IA, knew it was time to have their cracked and uneven driveway repaired. Unsure of what caused this issue, the homeowner wanted to have a professional provide them with some answers. Michel arrived at the home and began his inspection of the concrete.

Solution

Following his inspection, Michel discovered that the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement and would only worsen.
