Patio, Driveway, and Sidewalk Lifted in Cresco, IA
Challenge
A homeowner in Cresco, IA, knew it was time to have their cracked and uneven driveway repaired. Unsure of what caused this issue, the homeowner wanted to have a professional provide them with some answers. Not sure who to turn to, the homeowner decided to try to filter their search using the Better Business Bureau. One of the first companies to show up was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner saw that we offer FREE estimates, so they decided to take advantage and sign up for theirs. After the estimate was set, we sent Michel, one of our Design Specialists, to the home. Michel arrived at the home and began his inspection of the concrete.
Solution
Following his inspection, Michel discovered that the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement and would only worsen. Michel recommended that the affected concrete be lifted using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. The homeowner knew this was their best option, so they decided to follow Michel's recommendations. Once the plans were approved, they were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the property to begin the lifting and leveling process. The PolyLevel can quickly restore the appearance and safety of your concrete without the mess or cost of replacement. Once the PolyLevel lifted the driveway, sidewalk, and patio, the crew took out all of the old joints. Next, the crew replaced the joints using the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. After all the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. If you're concrete is experiencing something similar, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
