Damaged Floor Repaired in Lime Springs, IA

Challenge

A homeowner in Lime Springs, IA, was putting away their tractor when they noticed large cracks and level differences on their garage floor. Not wanting the issue to worsen, the homeowner began looking for a solution. During their search, the homeowner came across our impressive concrete demonstration videos. The homeowner decided to give us a try and sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Michel, to the home to perform the estimate. After Michel finished the estimate, he determined that the concrete was sinking into the ground.

Solution

To stop the concrete from sinking further, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the concrete. After deliberating their options, the homeowner decided to follow through with Michel's suggestions. Brandon, one of our Foreman, traveled to the home to begin the project. When Brandon arrived, he started by lifting the sinking sections of concrete using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was inserted, Brandon shifted his focus to filling the deep cracks throughout the cement with the NexusPro Crack Repair.
