Sidewalk Transformation in Mondovi, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Mondovi, MN, wanted to have their sidewalk and driveway restored. Remembering that American Waterworks has done work in their area, they decided to investigate their website. After doing further investigation, the homeowner was impressed by our extensive list of concrete services. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was made, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Mike, one of our Design Specialists. When Mike arrived, he started the analysis of the sidewalk. Following his analysis, Mike determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement.

Solution

To stop the sidewalk from sinking further, Mike recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Additionally, Mike suggested that the cracks and joints be repaired using the NexusPro Joint Solution. After considering their options, the homeowner agreed and the production plans were sent to the crew. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the job. First, Sam and the crew focused on inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew could fill the various cracks and joints. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based solution. The crew completed the lifting and leveling job and cleaned up their materials.
