Driveway Apron Raised in Jim Falls, WI
Challenge
A homeowner in Jim Falls, WI, was driving into their garage when they noticed a bump. After doing some investigating, the homeowner discovered that the bump was the unevenness between the driveway and the garage. The homeowner was concerned that the issue would worsen, so they looked into repair options. After doing a quick online search, the homeowner found our company and our high reviews. The homeowner visited our website and took a closer look at the services that we offer. Once they were on the website, they signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Kyle, to provide the homeowner with an answer to the sinking. After Kyle arrived at the home, he began investigating the concrete. Kyle determined that the cause of the unevenness was soil settlement.
Solution
After Kyle determined the cause of the issue, he came up with a solution for the homeowner. Kyle suggested that the driveway be lifted and leveled with the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Kyle's suggestions. After they received the stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. When they arrived, Sam and the crew began by preparing the driveway for the PolyLevel installation. The crew inserted the PolyLevel on the south side of the apron to lift it back to the original clearance of the driveway. After the apron was fully lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their sidewalk was properly repaired.
