A New Auburn, WI, homeowner noticed their sidewalk and garage floor needed extra attention. Interested in learning more about our company, the homeowner visited our website and took a closer look at our concrete services. Chuck began the estimate and found that the concrete was sinking into the ground.

Solution

After Chuck found the cause, he could come up with a solution for the homeowners. Chuck recommended lifting the sinking concrete to make it all even again and stop any issues from continuing. After deliberating all their options, the homeowner agreed with Chuck's recommendations and production began. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew traveled to the home and started by project. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the garage floor and sidewalk around the home. The PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, can restore the appearance and safety of the concert without the mess or cost of replacement. After the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted their focus to repair the several cracks spread throughout the concrete. The crew used the NexusPro Sealant Pro, a silicone-based sealant, to fill the various cracks and joints in the concrete.
