When a Dentist's office manager got news about a customer tripping on the sidewalk leading up to the front door, she knew it was time to take action. After doing research on the best places in the surrounding area to fix the sunken sidewalk problem, she came across the American Waterworks website. Our FREE estimate services stood out to her during her search, and she decided to schedule an appointment right away.

Solution

One of our expert Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, visited the site to talk with the office manager and see what the problem was. He observed the uneven and cracked areas of the sidewalk and suggested our PolyLevel and NexusPro sealant as solutions to fix the issue. Kevin informed them that the PolyLevel was important, as it is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Similarly, he recommended the NexusPro sealant for the cracks which provides protection and are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. One of our Foreman, Jordan Simonson, and his team visited the site and installed the products, making the sidewalk smooth once again for the office's customers.
