A homeowner in Chaska, MN, was worried the sidewalk leading to their home was becoming a safety hazard. Not wanting anyone to be injured, the homeowner knew they needed to tackle the task now. Overwhelmed by all their options, the homeowner tried to narrow their search by asking a local Facebook group for recommendations. Many people recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner took a closer look at our website. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Dylan arrived at the home and began by inspecting the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps.

Solution

Following his analysis, Dylan determined the sidewalk and front steps were sinking into the ground. Dylan suggested lifting and leveling the sidewalk using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Wanting to have a long-term solution, the homeowner agreed with Dylan's recommendations. The plans were sent to our Foreman, Reese, and his crew. Once they arrived, Reese and the crew started by lifting the sidewalk and front steps using the PolyLevel. After the PolyLevel was installed the crew shifted their focus to filling the joints on the sidewalks. The crew filled the joints with the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based solution. Once the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned their materials and left the home. After inspecting their progress, the homeowner was in awe of the wonderful work of the crew.
