Sidewalk and Driveway Lifted in Baxter, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Baxter, MN, tripped entering their home one evening. Worried another person would be injured, the homeowner looked for a solution. After taking a closer look into "Concrete Repair Fargo", they found us, American Waterwork. After seeing our award-winning concrete repair service, the homeowner knew we were the best fit for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, James. James arrived at the home and began taking a closer look at the shifted concrete.

Solution

After seeing the damage, James suggested lifting and leveling the concrete with the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After considering all their option, the homeowner agreed. The plans were sent to our office and then directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew received the approved plans and traveled to the home. Once they arrived, Charlie and his crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the driveway and sidewalk near the front door. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the wonderful work completed by the crew.
