Concrete Lifting Services in Brownsdale, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Brownsdale, MN, found small puddles of water near their exterior foundation. Unsure why the water was pooling near the foundation, the homeowner wanted a professional to take a closer look. Not sure who to work with, the homeowner went to the internet and searched "concrete lifting services near me". At the top of their list was us, American Waterworks. After inspecting our concrete before and after photos, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them. The homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate and we sent Brad, one of our Design Specialists, to perform the estimate.

Solution

Brad arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the concrete throughout the home. Once he completed the estimate, Brad determined that several sections of the concrete needed to be lifted. However, he mentioned that the sidewalk in particular needed to be lifted. He suggested using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to lift and level the sidewalk. Additionally, he suggested replacing and filling the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. The homeowner decided to raise the section near the sidewalk. Brad sent the plans to be approved by the office and then they were directed to our Foreman, Domanik, and his crew. After Domanik received the plans, he and his crew made their way to the home to begin production. Once they arrived, they began by installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew took out the old sidewalk joints and replaced them with NexusPro. After all the production was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the efficient and wonderful work completed by the crew.
