Concrete Leveling in Chandler, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Chandler, MN, noticed their sidewalk was lowering from the original position. Since their annual maintenance appointment was coming up, the homeowner made a mental note to mention the possibility of concrete leveling their floor. Our Service Technician, Rasean, traveled to the home to start the service appointment. The homeowner mentioned to Rasean their concrete concerns and he took a look at the garage floor.

Solution

Following his inspection, Rasean determined the garage floor was sinking. He recommended lifting and leveling the floor back to its original state. After hearing Rasean's suggestions, the homeowner trusted our work and they agreed. The plans were sent to the office for approval and then to our Foreman, Domanik. Once he received the plans, Domanik and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. Domanik and his crew started by lifting the sidewalk with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew lifted the entire garage floor. After the floor was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
