A homeowner in Austin, MN, was driving into their garage when they noticed a significant dip. Worried this could cause some major long-term damage, the homeowner began looking into concrete repair options near them. During their search, they came across our eye-catching before and after’s on social media. After seeing we offer FREE estimates, the homeowner signed up for theirs. Once the estimate was finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mitch, to perform the estimate. Mitch arrived at the home and began his detailed estimate of the property. Following his walk-through, he determined that the driveway needed to be lifted and the joints needed to be replaced.

Solution

Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew were assigned to complete the project, so they traveled to the home. When they arrived, Troy and his crew began by lifting the driveway using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the driveway was properly lifted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the efficient and clean work the crew completed.
